Application Fee: $40 per applicant or $50 for joint applicants (must be married)                          

Security Deposits:    Efficiencies and One Bedroom Apartments $200.00
                                Two Bedroom Apartments $250
                                Three Bedroom Deposit $300

Pet Deposit:  $400.00 ($200.00 of that is non refundable) plus $10 per month. We are a pet friendly community!

Utilities: We pay water, sewer, and gas on ALL apartments.
